That’s why we’re excited to introduce Clark Services Group - Pay My Way—a system that puts the power in your hands. With Pay My Way, you get to choose how you’re compensated, tailoring your package to fit your life. Whether you value immediate earnings, long-term benefits, or a balance of both, we’ve created options that give you control.

Here are the options available to both current and incoming hires:


1. Salaried Employment Package

This option provides stability and a comprehensive range of benefits. If you’re looking for security and full benefits, this is the package for you. It includes:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): A set amount of PTO each year.

  • Paid Holidays: 60 hours of paid holiday time.

  • 401(k) with Employer Match: We’ll match a percentage of your base salary to help secure your financial future.

  • Health Benefits: Fully paid health insurance, so you don’t have to worry about healthcare costs.


2. Convert to Hourly Pay

For those who prefer a higher immediate paycheck without the extras, this option allows you to boost your base hourly rate. This package includes:

  • No PTO, Health Benefits, 401(k), or Holiday Pay: Maximize your earnings by opting out of additional benefits.

  • Important: The additional pay will not be added to your base salary. Instead, it will be shown as a separate line item on your paycheck called "additional earnings." This keeps yearly raises consistent with salaried employees.


3. Hourly Pay with PTO and Holiday Pay

For those who want some flexibility but still value paid time off, we offer a middle-ground option. This package includes:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): A set amount of PTO each year.

  • Paid Holidays: Enjoy 60 hours of paid holiday time.

  • No health benefits or 401(k) match

  • Important: The additional pay will appear as "additional earnings" on your paycheck and will not impact your base salary, ensuring fairness with salaried employee raises.
