Clark Services Group is a growing commercial mechanical services company serving hospitals, healthcare facilities, and commercial kitchens throughout NJ, PA, and DE.

We are seeking a reliable, self-managing Shop Manager / Inventory Coordinator to keep our equipment, tools, and materials organized and ready for field crews.

This is an independent role designed for someone who takes pride in running an organized shop and does not require day-to-day supervision.

This position works well for someone who already has a daytime job in the trades or a retired professional looking for steady evening work.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday

Typical hours:

4:00 / 4:30 PM – 7:00 / 7:30 PM

For the right candidate, the shift may start as late as 5:00 PM.

Average workload is 10–12 hours per week.

No weekends. No holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the company shop
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and consumable materials
Order supplies and materials as needed
Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming jobs
Receive and organize deliveries
Track inventory levels and anticipate upcoming needs
Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure crews have necessary equipment
Maintain a professional, well-organized workspace

This role requires someone who takes ownership of the shop and keeps operations running smoothly without needing oversight.

Compensation

$30 – $40 per hour depending on experience.
